The Alesis DM5 drum module has been around for years yet it continues to satisfy old and new users alike with its great range of both conventional and electronic drum and percussion, as well as special effects sound outputs. You will be pleasantly surprised at the range and quality of the drum voices that this kit has got on board. Added to that, the pre-set drum kits are well thought of so you get a wide variety of outputs ranging from pop to heavy metal, rock, jazz, Latin and general percussion’s. It even has a few of rap and techno so those at that end of the musical spectrum are also catered to!

Simplicity of operation in this module definitely stands out. The DM5 has a user-friendly and clearly laid-out interface with a central backlit LCD display for editing parameters. It also comes with a special preview button to double check your options right before play time. The DM5 module has truly got versatility, you can even use it as an expander to another electronic kit!
